Online

- Click on Knowledge Centre → Account Policies → Account Reactivation Guide
- Click the Online Reactivation link and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process
Offline
All Account Types- Click on Knowledge Centre → Account Policies → Account Reactivation Guide
- Visit your nearest branch or our Head Office with duly filled forms as per your account type (download below)
- Alternatively, call us to arrange an RM home visit (subject to RM availability and service radius)
